Reading the Fresh Magnets catalogue

By Fridge Magnets EditorialUpdated

Fresh Magnets' prepared catalogue contains two square sizes, one rectangle, and two round sizes. It describes pressed photo magnets with a protective finish and pack options that vary by product. The public store is currently coming soon, so confirm final prices and ordering terms at launch. No products have been tested here.

Five sizes appear in the Fresh Magnets catalogue checked on September 30, 2026. They span two squares, one rectangle, and two rounds, with pack choices extending to 200 magnets. Those options are useful when working out a display or a quantity, but the catalogue leaves some physical questions open. Overall thickness and measured holding performance have not been verified here.

The public storefront showed a coming-soon page during the check. Product and pack records were available through prepared storefront data, so prices and quantities existed even though the normal public ordering pages were not open. Use the live Fresh Magnets photo magnet collection for final terms when ordering becomes available.

Read the five product names with their dimensions

The product names are close enough that keeping the dimensions beside them avoids confusion. Custom Photo Magnets is the name of the 2.5 inch square in this catalogue. Personalized Photo Magnets names the smaller round. The word custom in a search or a collection name does not mean an arbitrary finished size is available.

Catalogue product Listed shape, with exact metric conversion
Square Photo Magnets 2 x 2 in square (50.8 x 50.8 mm)
Custom Photo Magnets 2.5 x 2.5 in square (63.5 x 63.5 mm)
Fridge Photo Magnets 2 x 3 in rectangle (50.8 x 76.2 mm)
Personalized Photo Magnets 2.25 in round (57.15 mm diameter)
Round Button Magnets 3 in round (76.2 mm diameter)

One inch converts to 25.4 mm. The parenthetical figures are arithmetic from the listed inch label, rather than measurements of manufactured magnets. A 2.5 inch label converts to 63.5 mm but may appear as a rounded 64 mm in a listing. If a tray or closely spaced row depends on that difference, ask for finished dimensions and tolerances. The measurement guide explains how to record the outside edge separately from the visible print area.

The 2.5 inch Custom Photo Magnets product is a useful place to inspect the construction description and the selected pack together. For the rectangle, keep orientation in the record as well as the size. Turning a 2 x 3 inch outline changes the width of a row even though it does not change the area of one magnet.

As a geometry example, five rectangular outlines at 2 inches wide with four quarter-inch gaps occupy 11 inches across. Turn the same outlines so they are 3 inches wide and the row occupies 16 inches. These figures assume no outside gap and leave the manufacturing tolerance out. Use the seller's confirmed measurements for a finished layout. The layout planner can compare the two orientations on an area you measure.

Work out the pack before reading a unit price

The checked catalogue offers 6, 9, 12, 15, 25, 50, 100, and 200 magnet packs for four of the five products. Round Button Magnets, the 3 inch round, has those choices plus a four-pack. That smallest option belongs to that product; it should not be assumed available for every shape.

If you need eight square magnets, a nine-pack would leave one extra. A six-pack would be short by two. If you need twenty, a twenty-five-pack leaves five extras, but a different combination of offered packs might also supply the count. Add the actual totals before deciding. The presence of a larger pack does not by itself establish a discount or make it the cheapest way to meet your quantity.

For fifty magnets, compare one fifty-pack with two twenty-five-packs at the selected product's current prices. Check whether delivery charges apply to the whole order or change with the contents. If you intend to split the magnets among recipients, count each allocation once and keep the extras separate. A total of fifty ordered magnets and a total of forty-two assigned magnets describe an eight-magnet surplus, whatever the price per delivered magnet looks like.

The Custom Photo Magnets description checked here says each magnet in a set can have a different image at no extra cost. Confirm how uploads attach to the selected pack and whether the preview shows every magnet before approval. A photograph used twice should be a deliberate choice, not an overlooked repeated slot. If a set includes text, inspect its position on each crop rather than assuming one layout fits every photograph.

Prices are present in the prepared catalogue. Earlier versions of this page incorrectly said that prices and pack quantities were unavailable. This article does not carry those claims forward. Final prices still belong on the selected product and order, especially while the public shop is coming soon. The delivered-cost calculation shows how to compare a pack total with both the quantity delivered and the quantity you need.

Separate the shell description from measured performance

Fresh Magnets describes the Custom Photo Magnets assembly as a photo pressed into a rigid shell under a smooth protective finish. Its description says the picture wraps over the edges and a magnet covers nearly the whole back. Those are seller statements about construction. They explain which parts to inspect without identifying the exact backing material or the complete assembly's thickness.

A rigid shell and a flexible sheet can share an outside dimension while behaving differently when handled or packed. Ask for an edge view if thickness affects a sleeve, mailing envelope, or storage tray. Check whether any thickness figure includes the raised front and the backing. The sheet and pressed construction comparison describes those separate layers without assigning an automatic strength winner.

Backing coverage also needs a physical check on the surface where the magnet will live. A sample can show whether the back rests flat, whether an edge rocks, and whether the finish touches the door as intended. Clean away grit before placing it. If the door curves, try the intended location rather than transferring a result from a flat side panel.

We have not measured Fresh Magnets' pull force, sliding resistance, print accuracy, or long-term fading. A protective finish does not establish a tested lifespan. Likewise, a description of strong holding does not establish the weight that will stay up on your fridge. Start a practical check with the magnet itself, then add the paper you intend to display and observe whether it moves. Keep heavier loads out of a test intended for photographs and ordinary notes.

For print inspection, keep the uploaded file beside the sample. Look for an unintended crop, a caption too close to the edge, or a face placed behind the curved boundary of a round. Record the product and selected size with the result. A satisfactory sample in one size does not measure the rest of the catalogue, and it should not become a claim about all five products.

Read dispatch and delivery as separate dates

The checked seller description says orders are pressed in the USA and usually shipped within one to three business days. That is a dispatch statement. It does not promise arrival within three days, and the word usually allows the seller's estimate to vary. Ask when the stated production period starts if a proof, file correction, or approval is involved.

For an order needed on a particular date, record the destination and the delivery estimate shown for that order. Allow for the time between dispatch and arrival, and any onward mailing you plan to do after inspecting the magnets. A prepared catalogue cannot supply a carrier estimate for every address. If a date is essential, obtain the seller's answer before approving the order rather than relying on a general sentence about turnaround.

Keep a copy of the selected pack, uploaded images, crop previews, and agreed dimensions with the confirmation. On arrival, count the magnets before distributing them and inspect one of each design for the approved crop. Report a specific problem with its product name and photograph; a size mismatch needs an outside measurement, while an image-position problem needs the approved preview. For another seller's offer, use the same record fields in the photo magnet specification comparison.
